Trip to Kamunting & Taiping (30 & 31 May 2009)

We attended a wedding kenduri at Kamunting, since it's already late & thinking that the journey back will takes nearly 3.5 hours, we decided to overnite there... surprisingly all hotels in Taiping were fully booked.





Finally we managed to get a "homestay" (low cost house renovated into homestay)... just a few blocks from the wedding location... Just imagine with 4 families packed into the 2 rooms house.... but it was a good experience.

On the way back to KL, we choosed the old trunk road from Taiping to Kuala Kangsar passing Bkt Berapit town because of DURIAN.... ha ha...
